What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, organization, email address, phone number (optional) and message. To block spam we also record the IP address and browser type your message came from.

Why

To reply to your inquiry, and to stop automated or abusive submissions.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are deleted automatically one year after they are sent. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Who sees it

Your message is stored on our own server and forwarded by email to the PEDIEN staff who answer inquiries. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

Cookies and tracking

pedien.net sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Call +82-2-2252-0112 (Seoul) or +1-949-543-6091 (U.S.), or send a new message through the contact form.
